Treatment Time frames:
- Acupuncture First Office Visit and Treatment: 1 hr 15 min – 1 hr 30 min
- Acupuncture Return Visit: 45 min – 1 hour
- Combined Acupuncture and Massage Sessions: 90 minutes
How to dress:
For Acupuncture: When possible wear loose fitting clothes that can be pushed up to the elbows or knees. It is helpful to be able to easily access abdominal areas directly above and below the belly button. Scrub tops and pants are also available for use during your treatment.

Please note that if you have insurance through a corporate plan with Regence such as Universal American Today’s Options, Oscar, Bridgespan etc, please verify whether your plan requires pre-authorization for acupuncture and massage and let us know before scheduling.
